I set up TribalHR in 2015 to give small businesses the kind of hands-on, human support I wished I’d had when growing my own business – practical, proactive, and jargon-free. Whether it’s hiring the right people, resolving HR problems, or setting up smarter systems, I’m here to make HR feel less like admin and more like a superpower. When I’m not supporting clients, you’ll find me open-water swimming, wrangling my two boys, or volunteering as a charity Trustee.

Outside work, I’m a dad of three, married to my wonderful wife Kayleigh, and kept in line by two spirited dogs.
